We are currently recruiting a Senior Service Advisor for our Independent Luxury Sports & Classic Car Specialist in the Kimpton / Hitchin area. They are looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor, who is a great team player, hard-working, and motivated to make the most out of their career. 

 Our Client is offering the successful Senior Service Advisor:
  • Up To £40,000 Basic Salary Depending On Experience

  • Monday To Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm ONLY

Duties of a Senior Service Advisor with our Client: 
  • Meet and greet customers in person, providing the highest level of customer service and experience
  • See the customer journey through from start to finish (enquiry to collection / invoice). 
  • Work closely with the workshop and parts departments to ensure a smooth process
  • To ensure the company image of professionalism and quality of service is maintained at all times.
What our Client expects of their Senior Service Advisors?
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Senior Advisor within an automotive environment (preferably specialist / luxury brand).
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team.
  • Trade knowledge and Advisor skills
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service.
