Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a close-knit sales team alongside another Business/Transaction Manager, you shall be responsible for assisting in day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and management of the sales team. You shall "stack deals" with customers and the respective sales person they're dealing with, promote and arrange finance and insurance products in line with FCA requirements, provide quotes for customers, produce and analyse departmental reports, and see each prospective sale through from the point of vehicle order to the point of vehicle handover, ensuring all paperwork is completed and that every customer is aware of the associated add-on products available.
To be eligible, you will need to have strong recent experience as a Business/Transaction Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or Sales Manager/Controller within a franchise-approved automotive dealership. Any experience with new car sales would be highly advantageous; however, this is non-essential. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, be IT literate, and be an ambassador for the brand our client represents and their business overall. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential for the role.
