Roadside Vehicle Technician needed in Northampton
  • Basic Salary: £48,800 + Bonus
  • OTE: circa £54,000
  • 40 hours per week
  • Hours worked vary, and are between the hours of 6:00am and 2:00am 
  • You may work earlies, lates, weekends and bank holidays
  • Flexibility is required for this role, in exchange for a great package. 
  • Overtime always available + paid.
My client is a recovery and repair provider, who are now looking for a Roadside Technician to take over their Northampton Patch due to a recent expansion. 
You will benefit from a fully comprehensive training program before starting the role, learning how the company process works and realising why it's so successful. Further to this, you will be able to complete further qualifications, gaining diagnostic certificates and other qualifications such as hybrid / EV. 
 
Key Roadside Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
  • Attend breakdowns and provide roadside assistance.
  • Utilise your technical, electrical, and diagnostic expertise to carry out vehicle repairs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by delivering efficient and effective solutions.
  • Operate from a fully equipped state-of-the-art company vehicle, starting and finishing your shifts from home

Roadside Vehicle Technician Requirements:
  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrative mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
  • Customer-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Open to travelling and staying overnight when required. 
  • Open to working bank holidays, unsociable hours and weekends.
