The ideal candidate will have experience working as an HGV Technician in a fleet or commercial vehicle dealership, be mechanically minded, and have a strong understanding of regular HGV Maintenance and inspection. - £40,000 Basic Salary
- Uncapped Bonus – OTE £55,000+
- Flexible shift options available: Day Shift: 07:00 – 16:00, Late Shift: 13:00 – 22:00
- 42.5-hour working week with optional start/finish times

- Carry out diagnostics, servicing and repairs to commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults efficiently
- Provide technical support and advice to both colleagues and customers
- Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards across the workshop
- Complete all necessary documentation and job cards to manufacturer and brand standards
- Keep up to date with vehicle technologies and attend training where required
- Occasionally road-test vehicles post-repair to ensure high-quality output
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Experience working on HGVs, Trucks, Buses, or Plant Machinery
- Great attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Confident using diagnostic equipment and interpreting fault codes
