Bodyshop Parts Advisor Required in Crawley, West Sussex
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible: 7:00am - 4:00pm), No Weekends!
  • Salary: £30,000

  • Busy, Well-Established, Insurance-Approved Bodyshop
Our client, a leading insurance-approved accident repair centre in Crawley, West Sussex, specialising in high-quality car body and crash repairs, is seeking a Bodyshop Parts Advisor to join their growing team.

Duties as a Parts Advisor Include:
  • Sourcing and ordering parts for vehicle repairs
  • Managing inventory and ensuring stock accuracy
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Coordinating with bodyshop technicians to meet repair schedules
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for parts orders and deliveries
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the Transport Manager and team with administrative tasks

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Eye for detail and quality awareness
  • Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate (experience with MS Office and parts systems desirable)
  • Automotive parts or bodyshop experience desirable but not essential
