  •    Basic Salary: Up to £46,000 Depending on experience, £50,000 OTE

Our Client, an Accident Repair Centre in the Barnstaple area is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their busy team.

What will the successful Paint Sprayer do?
  • Prepare and refinish Vehicle Body surfaces and Alloy Wheels.
  • Maintain all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical tools and equipment used in the course of the work.
  • Communicate in a polite and effective manner.
  • Keep an accurate account of hours worked, materials used and work completed on each Vehicle
  • Carry out to a correct and safe standard, preparation for Paint Spraying and Polishing post Spray of the customer's Vehicle
The successful Paint Sprayer will have:
  • An ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred.
  • A full UK Driving Licence.
  • The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • The ability to maintain quality under pressure.
  • The ability to use specialist equipment.
  •  A good eye for detail and colour
