Our client, a family-run Car Dealership in Croydon, is seeking an organised Sales Administrator / Customer Retention Specialist to join their Sales team based in Croydon. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, they pride themselves on honesty, transparency, and exceptional standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a key role in a growing business, working in a supportive, target-driven environment with ongoing training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound retention calls to existing customers to encourage vehicle upgrades.
- Manage plate transfers, clear HPI checks, and create Vehicle packs.
- Day-to-day Sales Administration
- Perform general office duties to support the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer data and ensure compliance with FCA regulations (training provided).
- Organised with excellent phone communication skills.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple computer applications and databases (training provided).
- Motor Trade experience desirable but not essential; Telesales/call centre experience welcome.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to meet targets.
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
- £32,000 annual salary.
- Based in Croydon, Surrey.
