- Basic Salary: £20,000 + OTE up to £45,000
- Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays, No Sundays, No Bank Holidays)

The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our dealership – welcoming customers, building strong relationships, and guiding them through the exciting process of purchasing their next vehicle. From the first hello to handing over the keys, you’ll ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and forecourt
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
- Manage the full sales process, including test drives, valuations, and handover
- Keep up to date with Ford product knowledge and promotions
- Previous experience in vehicle sales is essential
- A confident, approachable, and professional communicator
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- £20,000 basic salary + OTE potential up to £45,000
