  • Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum + benefits

Our client, a reputable franchised dealership, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join their busy Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team in a fast-paced motor retail environment, supporting both Service and Parts operations to deliver outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities for a Parts Advisor:
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service from drop-off to collection
  • Receive, record, and store incoming vehicle parts accurately and efficiently
  • Assist retail customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicle
  • Work closely with the Service department to ensure parts are prepared for scheduled job
  • Manage stock levels and ensure parts are available for both workshop and retail need
  • Maintain manufacturer-approved pricing structures and update stock lists as required
  • Ensure showroom display vehicles are fitted with the correct accessories in line with brand standard
  • Keep the Parts Department organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For in a Parts Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealership environment (essential)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
