  • Location: Manchester 
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic DOE
  • Holiday: 30 days including bank holidays
Our client, a successful and high-volume car supermarket, is seeking a highly experienced Vehicle/Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation, and efficiency are essential. The ideal Administrator will have proven experience in a similar role and be confident handling high volumes of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities for a Vehicle/Sales Administrator:
  • Process all vehicle sales documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain stock records and ensure all vehicle details are up to date
  • Liaise with sales teams, manufacturers, and finance companies
  • Prepare and issue invoices and related paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and industry regulations
  • Support the sales department with general administrative duties
  • Work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
What We’re Looking For in a Vehicle/Sales Administrator:
  • Significant experience in vehicle or sales administration within the motor trade
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high volumes of work
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DMS systems
  • A proactive and professional approach to all tasks
