- Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE per year
Key Responsibilities for Aftersales Manager:
- Manage performance and development of technicians, service, and parts advisors
- Monitor department performance, driving improvements and growth
- Control costs and achieve profit and margin targets
- Ensure an excellent customer experience and handle customer concerns professionally
- Set dealership targets in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Implement and maintain company processes, policies, and Health & Safety standards
- Promote company values across the aftersales department
- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a franchised dealership
- Nissan and/or Stellantis franchise experience preferred
- Knowledge of Kerridge and RTC systems advantageous
- Hands-on management style with ability to motivate a team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- OTE up to £60,000 per year
