  • Basic Salary: £32,000 – OTE up to £39,000
  • Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer
  • Full-time: Monday – Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Our client, a leading Commercial Vehicle Dealership, is looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their busy Southampton site. Representing a major HGV and Van brand, this dealership has a strong reputation for customer service and offers genuine career development opportunities.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HGV and Van customers, delivering excellent service
  • Booking in customer vehicles and scheduling workshop activity
  • Keeping customers informed on repair progress, authorisations, and costs
  • Liaising with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow
  • Providing a seamless customer journey, from enquiry through to vehicle handover
What our Client expects of their Service Advisors:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (HGV, Van, or Car)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literate with good organisational skills
  • A positive, professional, and proactive approach
