Service Advisor required in Bury!
  • Basic Salary: Up to £28,000.00 
  • Monday to Friday (either 8-5, 8:30-17:30, 9:00-18:00 would depend probably on what is best for us and candidate)
  • Plus 2 Saturday mornings per month 08:30-12:30

Our client is a large used car dealership based in Bury. They are currently looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their team. The successful candidate will have prior Service Advisor experience at a main dealer and will come with 2 years of customer facing experience. 

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor: 
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Booking appointments and scheduling work for the workshop team
  • Providing accurate quotations for services
  • Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure that work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Managing customer expectations and resolving any issues that arise.

The successful Service Advisor should have:
  • Previous automotive experience as a service advisor
  • A full UK driving license.
