Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Luton Main Dealer
  • Position: Vehicle Technician
  • Location: Luton
  • Basic Salary: Circa £38,000 + Bonus (DoE)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:00pm
  • 1-in-3 Saturday Mornings.

Our Client; a Main Car Dealership in Luton, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their Workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a good company known for its training and development of staff. 

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out Servicing, Maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
  • Using your skills and experience to complete diagnostic work and fault finding.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Working closely with Service Advisors, providing clear updates and technical insights for customers.
  • Bringing a positive, can-do attitude to a supportive team environment.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest industry innovations and technology.
Vehicle Technician Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
  • Previous main dealer experience would be highly desirable.
  • A strong eye for detail with a passion for delivering excellent results.
  • Great communication skills and a team player mentality.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the motor trade and continuous learning.
