  • Hours: Monday to Friday - Full-Time
A leading national parts distribution business is seeking a motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead their operation in the Leicester area. Key Responsibilities in this Parts Centre Manager role:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Centre team to deliver sales and service targets
  • Translate company objectives into departmental goals, ensuring KPIs are achieved
  • Drive a customer-focused culture, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Oversee and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maintain agreed gross margin levels
  • Develop and implement Personal Development Plans for team members
  • Plan manpower requirements and succession planning for long-term success
  • Analyse market data to identify sales opportunities and trends
  • Ensure compliance with financial, warranty, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the overall security of stock and premises
What We’re Looking For?
  • Proven experience in a management or senior supervisory role within a B2B or Automotive environment.
  • A strong track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve performance targets
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with experience of budget management and P&L
  • Confident in sales strategy development and implementation
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office and business systems
  • Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about delivering success
