- Position: Parts Sales Manager
- Location: Northampton
- Basic Salary: Up to £38,000 + Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- No Weekends

They have a network of manufacturer-affiliated vehicle parts retailers employing over 1,500+ staff nationwide
Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching and motivating a team of Parts Sales Executives to exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional activity with the Centre Manager
- Conducting regular 1-1s to provide feedback, development and support
- Building strong and lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Maintaining product knowledge and staying informed about competitors and market trends
- Ensuring accurate use of business systems and compliance with company policies
- Proven experience managing a B2B sales team, ideally within the motor trade or parts sector
- A people-focused leader who can inspire, develop and drive team success
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with a strong sense of accountability
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable using business systems and Microsoft Office tools
