- Position: Service Advisor
- Location: Corby Independent Garage
- Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers both in-person and by phone
- Handle customer enquiries and book vehicles into the workshop
- Advise customers on cost, timescales, and repair/service details
- Sell additional work as advised by technicians from Vehicle Safety Inspections
- Communicate technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way
- Record vehicle information accurately, refer to service histories, and follow up to secure repeat and incremental business
- Support the team by meeting objectives set by the MD
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Confident, professional, and well-presented with excellent communication skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Some vehicle technical knowledge required
- Experience with Garage Management systems and booking schedules is preferred (not essential)
- Knowledge of parts would be an advantage
- Competitive basic salary up to £32,000, dependent on experience
