Regional Parts Sales Advisor required - based in Cardiff.
  • Starting salary up to £35,000 per annum pending experience and current earnings. 
  • Access to a performance related bonus worth up to £500 per month. 
  • Use of a company van available for commuting purposes. 
  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:00am-12:00pm

Our client, a leading and growing motor parts factor with close to 40 sites across the UK, requires an experienced and professional Regional Parts Sales Advisor to join their business to cover calls for their Wales sites, but to be based in Cardiff. 

You will report to the Regional Manager and work as part of a friendly team where your responsibilities shall include: 
  • Take and make 150+ calls per day representing our clients brand and focusing on winning new business. 
  • Develop strong customer relationships with a focus on winning sales, increasing margins, and delivering excellent service within the branch.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proactive engagement with customers.
  • Collaborate with all areas of the branch to make sure customer requirements are fully met.
  • Complete all call backs promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams across the business to build product knowledge and stay ahead of customer needs.
  • Use business data effectively to identify opportunities across different customer groups and product categories.
To be eligible, you will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of Cardiff. You will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally working within a form of telesales or trade parts; however, our client is also very interested in candidates from any other forms of trade backgrounds, such as a building merchants, presuming you have a sound understanding of vehicle parts already. A full UK License is essential for this role.
