We are in search of a Bodyshop Workshop Controller to join our Client’s Independent Prestige Manufacturer Repairer Bodyshop in the Basingstoke area. 

They are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Workshop Controller to join their team working alongside a Group with a great reputation with excellent in-house opportunities to allow you to progress your career to the next level!

Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Workshop Controller:
  • Up To £45,000 Salary Depending On Experience
  • Monday To Friday 7.30am - 5pm Hours
  • No Weekends
  • Independent Prestige Manufacturer Bodyshop Environment
  • Looking After A Team Of 8 Bodyshop Productives & Reporting To Bodyshop Manager
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Workshop Controller:
  • Controlling a team of 8 Bodyshop productives including the workflow, allocation etc.
  • Managing customers expectations both whilst on site and by telephone
  • Checking the vehicle onto site, allocating and checking out a loan vehicle, entering work onto the system
  • Workshop Loading, Maintaining / printing job cards
  • Managing progress of all jobs
  • Liaising with the customer during progression of work
What our Client expects of their Bodyshop Workshop Controller:
  • Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Full and Clean Driving Licence
