Service Advisor Required in Sutton, Surrey:
  • Pay: £32,000 basic DOE+ up to £4,000 annual bonus (available after 6 months probation)
  • Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday (early finish at 5:00pm when possible)
We are recruiting for a Family-Run Automotive German Car Specialist Service Centre in Sutton, Surrey, seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their busy car garage team. 

Our client is need an Automotive industry experienced Service Advisor capable of delivering exceptional customer service, managing increased demand, and covering for the manager during holidays.

The Key Duties as a Service Advisor Include:
  • Greeting customers and translating requests into job cards
  • Issuing jobs to technicians and providing quotes to customers
  • Obtaining customer authorisation for additional work when required
  • Assisting with car washing alongside the team
  • Handling payments and updating banking sheets
  • Reconciling payments for accounting
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Occasionally driving vehicles for MOTs, collections, deliveries, or test drives
  • Maintaining a clean and professional service reception area
  • Building long-term customer relationships
