Our client, a highly respected and rapidly expanding vehicle leasing company, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their successful team in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious sales professional to play a senior role in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities for the Sales Executive:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion and aftercare
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by providing tailored leasing solutions
- Generate new opportunities via LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Work independently with accountability for your own pipeline, whilst contributing to team success
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, operations, and administration to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay up to date with industry trends, finance products, and competitor activity to provide expert advice
- 5+ years’ experience within the vehicle leasing industry
- A proven sales track record spanning 10+ years, demonstrating consistent success
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
- Resilience, determination, and a strong work ethic
- An established LinkedIn presence with an active professional network
- Experience generating business via social media and direct engagement
- Competitive basic salary with uncapped commission – realistic OTE up to £70,000
