  • Working Hours: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: Basic up to £35,000 with OTE £50,000
Our client, a well-established franchised dealer group, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their busy Bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a forward-thinking company that values its employees and offers long-term recognition and rewards.

Key Responsibilities for a Panel Beater:
  • Carry out body repairs in an efficient, safe, and skilled manner
  • Use correct repair methods in line with manufacturers’ specifications
  • Deliver high-quality repairs right first time to meet customer expectations
  • Aim to work above 100% efficiency in a busy workshop environment
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area with strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For in a Panel Beater:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a busy Bodyshop environment
  • Qualified to NVQ, City & Guilds, or ATA standards (or equivalent experience considered)
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality repairs
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team
