Service Advisor – Main Dealer (Norwich)
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (No Weekends!)

Your duties as a Service Advisor:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for service customers, providing outstanding customer care
  • Booking vehicles in for service, MOT, and repair work
  • Liaising between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth communication
  • Advising on additional work and upselling products and services where appropriate
  • Delivering a professional, friendly service to maintain strong customer relationships
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (or in a similar customer service role within the motor trade) is preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
