- Basic Salary: Circa £24,500
- Working Hours: Monday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm
- 38.5 hours, no weekends

Responsibilities as a Aftersales Advisor:
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, warranty providers, and repair agents.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, dealing with enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Keep customers updated throughout the process, explaining complex information clearly.
- Provide advice and guidance to help customers resolve vehicle issues.
- Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded at every stage.
- Have experience in a busy customer service role (motor trade experience desirable).
- Possess strong administration, PC, and telephone skills.
- Be personable, confident, and able to build lasting customer relationships.
- Be proactive, solution-driven, and customer-focused.
- Show resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Have technical awareness or an understanding of vehicles (an advantage but not essential).
