New/Used Car Sales Executive required in Oxford.
  • £18,540 basic salary with £45,540+ uncapped annual earnings and company car.
  • Guaranteed 5-day/45-hour week, Monday to Saturday, with a scheduled day off in the week. No Sundays required!

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a New/Used Car Sales Executive at our client's franchise-approved car dealership in Oxford.

Reporting to the General Manager and working with a friendly sales and administration support team, as a New/Used Car Sales Executive, you will be primarily required to sell new and used vehicles. You will also sell various add-ons, accessories, and finance and insurance products with the aim of reaching and exceeding allocated sales targets and ensuring a high level of customer service. You will be required to keep customers informed of the delivery progress of their vehicle and advise customers of any potential delays that may arise. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranties, after-sales service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department where possible, demonstrate the features of the vehicle and offer any other support that may be required.

Do you need previous car sales experience? In short, no!

To succeed in this Car Sales Executive role, you will ideally have strong and successful car sales experience; however, our client is very open to considering Sales Executives with no prior car sales experience but a strong track record in sales/customer service, looking to undertake a new challenge. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company. You will need to be brand-focused, capable of working independently and have the energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.
