- Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, adhering to manufacturer standards
- Accurately diagnose faults, report vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance to the Service Manager
- Ensure all work complies with quality procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain high standards of workmanship in a busy dealership environment
- Work efficiently to meet targets and contribute to team success
- Support the Service Department in providing excellent customer service
- Qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 2 or equivalent as a minimum
- At least ½ year practical experience post-qualification is preferred
- Able to accurately diagnose faults and perform repairs to high-standard
- Owns a UK driving licence with minimal points
- Located in or near Aberystwyth or willing to commute reasonably
- A dedicated, team-oriented individual with a professional attitude
- Motivated to develop their skills through manufacturer and internal training
- Capable of delivering quality work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
