In this pivotal role, the successful Panel Beater will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to the highest standards, sharing their expertise across the site, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Your skills will play a vital part in setting new benchmarks in vehicle repair.

Required Skills of the Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater with excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Strong understanding of vehicle bodywork and repair techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
  • ATA accreditation (desirable)
  • Additional qualifications such as MET/Auto Electrician experience
  • Knowledge of current industry tools and technologies
Preferred Education and Experience from the Panel Beater:
  • Relevant automotive repair qualifications or apprenticeships
  • Demonstrable experience in vehicle collision repair
  • Industry recognised certifications preferred
Other Requirements of the Panel Beater:
  • Based in or willing to commute to Guildford
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
This role offers a competitive basic salary of £37,000, with a total earning potential of up to £62,000 per year, including performance-based bonuses.
