Service Advisor – Burton-on-Trent
  • Basic: £26,000–£30,000 DOE
  • OTE: £38,000 including overtime (£40,000 for high earners)
  • Hours: 42.5 per week | 8:00/8:30–5:30/6:00 | 1-hour lunch
  • Saturdays: 1 in 3 (paid overtime)

What you’ll be doing:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for service customers, providing excellent communication and support throughout the process
  • Booking in vehicles for service and repair, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Upselling service plans and additional products where appropriate
  • Liaising with workshop and parts teams to ensure efficient job flow and timely updates
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company and manufacturer standards
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role (Service Advisor experience ideal)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy dealership environment
  • A team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Ideally located within 20 minutes of Burton-on-Trent
