Service Technician – Swadlincote
  • Salary: £27,000 – £29,000
  • OTE:£35,000
  • Monday - Friday
  • Saturdays on a rota
We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a busy, growing workshop in Swadlincote. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work on a wide range of vehicles, carrying out servicing, repairs, and fast-fit work, while benefiting from excellent training and career progression opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Servicing, mechanical repairs, and fast-fit work including tyres, brakes, suspension, and exhausts
  • Carrying out wheel alignment and interpreting readings for adjustments
  • Following safety procedures and maintaining high-quality standards on every job
  • Delivering exceptional customer service in a busy, dynamic workshop
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a smooth-running team
What we’re looking for:
  • NVQ Level 2–3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Experience in fast-fit and mechanical repairs
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
