Vehicle Technician – Main Dealer Opportunity in Gravesend
  • Salary: £33,000.00 Basic Salary + Bonus (OTE £42,000)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (rota)

Our client, a well-established dealership in Gravesend, is seeking a skilled Technician to undertake inspections, diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs. What you’ll be doing as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conducting vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard
  • Carrying out routine servicing and maintenance
  • Identifying faults and performing complex repairs and adjustments
  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards
  • Supporting the workshop team to meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets
Who we’re looking for:
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years’ experience working in a dealership or independent garage
  • Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points
  • Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, inspection, and repair procedures
  • A proactive team player with a good attitude and attention to detail
Additional Skills:
  • Experience as a Fast Fit Technician or in similar fast-paced roles is beneficial
