  • Basic salary of up to £49,920 depending on our experience.
  • OTE of c. £54,000 with growth opportunities in the business to progress in your career!
  • Our client is seeking applications from experienced and qualified Technicians, ideally with experience working within a Workshop.
  • MOT Licence is desirable but not essential.
Our client, a reputable local dealer, is seeking a Technician to join their team in their busy branch in Ayr. The successful Technician will have access to one of the best salary packages for a Technician in the region as well as the opportunity to grow with a business that has been in operation since the 90s.

What will the successful MOT Technician do?
  • Repair and service vehicles.
  • Complete diagnostic checks.
  • Inspect for wear and tears/general faults.
  • Complete work to DVSA standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform all other aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair as required, utilising the latest technology.
The successful Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester will have:
  • An NVQ Level 3 Qualification or equivalent although all are encouraged to apply if you area time served Technician.
  • Full UK Driving License is required as you'll be moving vehicles during your day to day work.
  • A desire to provide excellent customer service is essential for the position.
The successful Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester will get:
  • Basic salary of up to £49,920.
  • OTE of up to c. £54,000
  • The opportunity to work on a highly regarded local dealer within the industry.
