- Location: Liverpool
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends on a rota
- Salary: £60,000 OTE
You’ll be responsible for driving the performance of the sales team, maximising finance and insurance penetration, and ensuring full FCA compliance while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Manager:
- Drive the sale of finance and insurance products to maximise profitability
- Monitor weekly penetration rates and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase performance
- Ensure full compliance with FCA and company policies
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Maintain accurate administration and uphold high standards of presentation and organisation
- Provide coaching, support, and leadership to help team members reach their full potential
- Strong background in finance and insurance sales within the automotive industry
- Comprehensive understanding of FCA regulations and compliance standards
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Full UK driving licence
