What you’ll do day to day:
  • Perform high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, following manufacturer standards and safety guidelines
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Provide professional technical advice to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
  • Maintain workshop efficiency by working accurately within set timeframes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service standards
Helpful skills and qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and diagnostics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid UK driving licence; MOT licence advantageous but not essential
  • Proven ability to meet targets while maintaining quality
