  • Realised OTE of up to £38,000 with bonuses and overtime

As a Technician in our client’s team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Diagnosing and reporting vehicle faults accurately
  • Conducting Service, Maintenance, and Repairs, including cambelts and clutches on a variety of vehicles and light vans
  • Performing MOT tests according to DVSA standards, ensuring vehicles’ safety and compliance
  • Communicating test results clearly to customers and maintaining precise records
  • Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
We are seeking candidates who possess:
  • Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification; time-served experience is highly valued
  • Proven experience working on different makes and models, including vans and fleet vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean)
  • Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and development, with a positive attitude towards training opportunities
Additional skills that would be advantageous:
  • Experience with engine rebuilds, turbos, or advanced diagnostics
  • Ability to perform repairs on a variety of vehicle systems including clutches and cambelts
  • MOT testing certification (or willingness to train)
Other requirements:
  • Willingness to participate in optional overtime and bonus schemes based on KPI achievements and work completed
