With no Saturday shifts and a straightforward 8 am – 5 pm schedule, this role is designed for technicians who value work-life balance alongside career growth.

What You’ll Do as an MOT Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics
  • Perform MOT testing accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise
  • Work within a friendly team committed to quality and safety
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Official MOT Tester qualification
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Additional manufacturer qualifications
  • Experience working in a franchise dealership environment
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Relevant automotive technician certifications or equivalent
  • Several years of hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and MOT testing
Other Requirements:
  • Valid MOT Tester certification
  • Own tools desirable but not essential
  • Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
