Assistant Aftersales Manager required in Aberdeen

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a reputable PLC Volume Franchise Dealership in Aberdeen. This role offers a fantastic stepping stone into management, allowing you to support the aftersales team, enhance customer satisfaction, and gain valuable industry experience within a dynamic and supportive environment. Required Skills:
  • Previous experience within a dealership service department, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to assist in daily operations
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to address customer issues professionally
  • Familiarity with dealership DMS systems and processes
  • Full UK manual driving licence with minimal points
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working within a franchise main dealer environment
  • Knowledge of automotive parts, service, and workshop processes
  • Ability to support team training and development activities
  • Understanding of financial KPIs and reporting
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Previous experience in an automotive service role with some supervisory responsibilities
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a dealership environment
  • A demonstrable passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work 45 hours per week
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities
  • Valid driving licence with a good record
