We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead the sales team at a well-established dealership in Aberdeen. This position offers the opportunity to oversee a busy used car sales department, maximise profitability, and deliver high standards of customer service within a reputable automotive group. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on achieving excellent sales results.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in the same role, sales, or management in sales within a franchised dealership environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
  • Understanding of used car pricing, valuation, and stock management
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Full UK manual driving licence
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with automotive DMS systems and online sales platforms
  • Knowledge of current automotive market trends and industry standards
  • Skills in marketing and promotional activities for used car sales
  • Ability to analyse sales data and implement strategic improvements
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in used car sales, with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and developing profitable stock
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends
  • Participation in training, development, and promotional activities
  • Valid driving licence with a clean record
