- Location: Blackpool
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - Hours TBC
- Salary: OTE £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

This role will involve overseeing the smooth and profitable operation of multiple service departments, managing teams across technicians, service advisors, and support staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, customer satisfaction, and departmental growth while upholding the company’s excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of busy service departments across multiple brands
- Ensure departmental profitability through efficient sales of labour, parts, and materials
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive service delivery
- Manage departmental budgets, performance targets, and operational efficiency
- Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and legal policies and standards
- Drive continuous improvement and staff development through effective training and mentoring
- Proven experience as an Aftersales or Service Manager within the motor trade
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially aware with a proven track record of achieving financial targets
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and sites effectively
- Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Professional, driven, and able to lead by example
