We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to become a vital part of a reputable franchised car dealership in South West London. What We Need From You as a Service Advisor?
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Valid manual driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical information in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Passionate about cars and understanding of dealership processes.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with franchise dealership processes.
  • Knowledge of workshop work scheduling, estimating costs, and vehicle servicing procedures.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years' dealership experience as a Service Advisor.
  • Knowledge of workshop processes, vehicle recalls, and estimating costs.
Additional Requirements:
  • The job is based in South West London; Service Advisors must be willing to travel to the location.
  • Prior experience handling customer complaints and liaising with technicians is essential.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive basic salary of £35,000 (DOE), with an OTE of approximately £40,000 including commissions. The working hours are flexible, generally Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with every other Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Standard holidays, bank holidays, and additional benefits are included.
