Duties for the Service Advisor include:
  • Liaising with customers to understand their vehicle service requirements
  • Providing excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty
  • Preparing accurate job cards and estimates
  • Up-selling additional services and repairs to maximise workshop productivity
  • Managing workflow to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing
Requirements for this Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the automotive trade
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
