Are you a skilled Paint Sprayer looking for a new opportunity in a reputable, insurance-approved Bodyshop? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Paint Sprayer to join our team in Paignton.

About the Paint Sprayer Role:
As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, base coating, and finishing vehicles, ensuring a high-quality and flawless paint finish. You will work within a professional environment that values craftsmanship and efficiency, adhering to industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer:
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including masking and sanding
  • Mix and match paints to achieve the perfect colour match
  • Apply priming, base coats, and clear coats using spray guns
  • Ensure paint work meets quality control standards
  • Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For in a Paint Sprayer:
  • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in a bodyshop environment
  • Knowledge of insurance repair procedures and standards
  • Ability to produce high-quality finishes
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and meet deadlines
