- SALARY: Between £40-60,000 starting salary plus performance-related bonus.
- BENEFITS: Fully expensed company car/business fuel allowance plus all accommodation/travel costs covered.
- HOURS: 50-hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm.
Reporting to the senior operations management team, you will be required to cover the six centres listed above during periods of absence of the on-site Bodyshop Manager, as well as helping with overall support. Your primary responsibility will be managing these sites effectively and ensuring smooth production, whilst maintaining our client's quality, customer service and speed of repairs. You will work efficiently in a modern, fast-paced, clean environment, collaborating as a team player and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
You will be required to travel frequently to these centres across the UK and will normally be on site for a week at a time. Because of this, your home location is critical to our client, and they have stressed a preference for candidates with easy access to major motorways, particularly near Bristol or the Midlands, as these are the most central. Your expenses and a car/travel will be provided, including flights to the Aberdeen centre.
Aside from a good home location, in order to be eligible, you will need to have previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager with extensive technical knowledge and experience in the accident repair industry, particularly with relevant/up-to-date knowledge of vehicle designs and consumer and vehicle legislation. You will have the ability to organise clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources, have knowledge and understanding of the provisions of environmental and safety practices (E.P.A. and C.O.S.H.H), and have a UK driving licence with minimal points. Given the mobile nature of this role, you must be comfortable travelling weekly to our client's centres.
What's in it for you? For your hard work as a Mobile Bodyshop Manager, our client is offering:
- Starting salary between £40-60,000 per annum, pending experience.
- Access to a performance-related bonus scheme (discussed further upon application).
- Fully expensed company car/business fuel allowance plus all accommodation/travel costs covered.
- 25 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays.
- Various additional benefits including a cycle to work scheme, pension scheme, life assurance, retailer discounts and more!
- Access to industry-leading training and development.
- Fantastic long-term career prospects/job security with a large leading UK-based accident repair group, with 36 established accident repair centres across the UK, and they are still growing!
- 50-hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm.
