  • SALARY: £19,380 basic salary with £52,500+ annual earnings and company car/laptop.

A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Car Sales Executive specialising in Motability vehicles at our client's premium franchise-approved car dealership in North Bristol.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a close-knit sales team, you’ll play a vital responsibility in helping customers with disabilities regain their independence. This is more than just a sales role — it’s about understanding individual needs, building lasting relationships, and guiding customers through every step of the journey to find the perfect mobility solution for them.

Key responsibilities of this Motability Car Sales Executive include: 
  • Selling our client's range of new and used cars.
  • Manage Motability enquiries.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and accurately completing paperwork to ensure delivery deadlines are met and promises delivered.
  • Maintaining customer records and staying in touch with existing clients to ensure their ongoing aftersales needs are met.
  • Listening to customers' needs to be able to make recommendations for their mobility.
  • Managing your database of prospective customers to create new opportunities.
  • Ensuring the showroom always looks beautiful and spotless.
  • Creating and sending customised video presentations to potential customers, to highlight the features and benefits of their chosen car.
  • Ensuring all sales are fully compliant with the Financial Conduct Authority legislation.
To be eligible, you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the North Bristol region and have a UK driving licence with minimal points. At least two to three years of car sales experience working with a similar franchise-approved car dealership is essential, and any experience specialising in Motability vehicles/customers would be highly beneficial. Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for our client and the brand they represent.

  • Starting basic salary of £19,380 per annum.
  • An uncapped and realistic on-target-earning of up to £52,500+ per annum, subject to sales performance.
