Required Skills for the Car Valetor Role:
  • Proven experience in valeting or a similar role
  • Ability to clean vehicles thoroughly and efficiently
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability and a positive attitude
  • Valid driving licence
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience managing or supervising small teams
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and detailing techniques
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards in a vehicle environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • No formal qualifications required, but relevant experience is highly regarded
  • Previous valeting experience in a busy dealership or automotive environment preferred
Other Requirements:
  • Own transport or reliable access to Crawley location
  • Commitment to working 45 hours per week
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
