Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Service Advisor to join their dynamic team—an exciting opportunity for those passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within a forward-thinking automotive environment. The role offers the chance to develop a rewarding career with a reputable brand, featuring excellent earning potential, including an OTE of over £35,000, uncapped commissions, and various bonuses. Key Responsibilities for the Service Advisor role include:
  • Providing outstanding customer service to ensure each client’s experience is smooth and memorable.
  • Effectively liaising between customers, the workshop, and parts departments to coordinate vehicle servicing.
  • Booking services, tracking vehicle progress, and communicating updates professionally.
  • Offering additional work options, explaining costs, and upselling service plans.
  • Supporting the aftersales team through administrative tasks such as file auditing, preparing orders, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills for the Service Advisor role:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive or high-end industry.
  • A track record of achieving targets and delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and capable of effective time management.
  • Full UK driver’s license.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of workshop operations and service processes.
  • Ability to upsell and contribute to service plan sales.
The willingness to work Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week, with a flexible approach to rota shifts including Saturdays (1 in 3 mornings), with overtime paid and have a reliable, professional attitude with a passion for automotive excellence.
