Join our dynamic team as a Parts Advisor at our Southport branch. This is a full-time, permanent role offering an attractive salary of £27,000 annually, with the potential to earn up to £30,000 OTE through bonus schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients seeking vehicle parts
  • Accurately identify and locate vehicle parts using technical knowledge and stock control systems
  • Maintain organised stock areas, ensuring parts are stored securely and in pristine condition
  • Process sales, handle payments, and ensure all stock movements adhere to company policies
  • Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure the smooth flow of parts and meet customer requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including new brands and models

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role or similar dealership environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle layouts, parts identification, and stock management systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage stock accurately and efficiently
  • Good numerical and literacy skills to handle stock, payments, and credits accurately
