Key Duties of the Fast Fit Branch Manager include:
- Managing all daily operations at the High Wycombe branch to ensure smooth service delivery
- Achieving branch financial targets and controlling costs
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the fast-fit team to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction
- Dealing with customer enquiries in person, via phone, and online to maintain excellent service standards
- Monitoring and managing stock levels effectively
- Posting hands-on workshop support when required
- Recruiting, onboarding, and engaging new team members to build a strong workforce
Candidate Profile for the Fast Fit Branch Manager:
- Proven experience in a fast-fit tyre centre or automotive service environment
- Strong knowledge of tyres, routine mechanical work, and customer service principles
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Target-driven mindset with the energy to motivate a team
- Full UK driving licence is essential
