Our client is seeking a skilled MET Technician to join their state-of-the-art accident repair centre in Harrow. On offer for the MET Technician:
- Competitive salary of £54,600 per annum with an uncapped OTE of up to £60,000
- Additional bonus earning up to £4,200 annually
- Monday to Friday working hours from 7am to 5pm and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

Duties of the MET Technician:
- Perform high-quality mechanical and electrical repairs to damaged vehicles
- Replace mechanical parts accurately and efficiently
- Strip and refit all vehicle components with precision
- Utilise correct repair procedures for EV and ADAS vehicles
- Conduct self-assessments to ensure perfect fitment and compliance with manufacturer standards
- Maintain all tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols including the use of PPE
Candidate requirements for the MET Technician:
- Previous experience as an MET Technician within an automotive repair environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and procedures
- Demonstrated experience with ADAS systems and hybrid/electric vehicle repairs
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Ability to manage multiple jobs from start to finish within tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and team collaboration
- Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
