Our client is seeking a skilled MET Technician to join their state-of-the-art accident repair centre in Harrow. On offer for the MET Technician:
 

  • Competitive salary of £54,600 per annum with an uncapped OTE of up to £60,000
  • Additional bonus earning up to £4,200 annually
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 7am to 5pm and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings

Duties of the MET Technician:
 

  • Perform high-quality mechanical and electrical repairs to damaged vehicles
  • Replace mechanical parts accurately and efficiently
  • Strip and refit all vehicle components with precision
  • Utilise correct repair procedures for EV and ADAS vehicles
  • Conduct self-assessments to ensure perfect fitment and compliance with manufacturer standards
  • Maintain all tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols including the use of PPE

Candidate requirements for the MET Technician:
 

  • Previous experience as an MET Technician within an automotive repair environment
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience with ADAS systems and hybrid/electric vehicle repairs
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs from start to finish within tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and team collaboration
  • Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
