Requirements for the Vehicle Technician:
  • Proven technical skills in vehicle servicing, and MOT repairs
  • Ability to work efficiently on all vehicle makes and models
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and customers
  • Relevant automotive certifications or qualifications
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with MOT fail repairs such as suspension and brakes and pads
  • Wanting to learn more and develop more mechanic skills
  • Being a team player - working well with the workshop team 
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Qualified Technician with several years of hands-on experience in an independent garage setting
  • Previous experience working in busy workshop environments, ideally with the capability to handle basic mechanical repairs+ 
Other Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a 1 in 2 rota
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning
