- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ accreditation or equivalent
- Proven experience in automotive workshop control or Service Advisor wanting to move into a workshop role
- Strong organisation and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient IT skills and a good eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via email
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Knowledge of DVSA regulations, health and safety standards, and manufacturer policies
